Join us Tuesday, May 31st, at 6:30pm for our first ever beer dinner at HopCat Lincoln. You'll take pleasure in a one-of-a-kind beer experience with our friends from Empyrean Brewing Co. This dinner features four unique courses perfectly paired with astounding beers that are proudly brewed right here in Lincoln. Come enjoy a Tuesday evening out on the town, and savor the flavor of what pairing hops with food is all about.

1st Course
Crab Cucumber Canapé – Locally grown cucumbers filled with an avocado mousse and jumbo lump crab spread.
Paired with Luna Sea ESB: Extra Special Bitter is our homage to the best of English beers. Brewed with imported English malts for a bold, caramel-sweet, yet crisp ale.

2nd Course
Caprese Salad - Vine ripe tomato slices, fresh mozzarella, olive oil drizzle, blood orange balsamic glaze drizzle.
Paired with Chaco Canyon Gold: We brew this easy-going golden ale with a bit of Nebraska honey for a unique, sweet-yet-dry character, balanced with a crisp hop finish.

3rd Course
Marinated Flank Steak Pinwheel - Marinated flank steak served with a roasted garlic mashed potato, finished with Béarnaise sauce.
Paired with Third Stone Brown: A myth-shattering ale that proves all dark beers don't have to be filling. Sweetly smooth with nutty hints of roasted caramel flavor.

4th Course
Sea Salt Caramel Panna Cotta - Vanilla itallian custard topped with house made caramel and a pinch of sea salt from Poseidon himself.
Paired with Dark Side Vanilla Porter: An infusion of old-world beer and contemporary soul. Smooth, dark and roasted with highlights of chocolate, coffee and vanilla. The dessert notes in this beer will highlight the Caramel from the Cotta. Sit down, Strap in, and get ready for a rollercoaster of ectasy in your mouth.

Digestif: After this dinner, you'll definitely want something to help settle that full stomach. For that we will be bringing in Barrel Aged Mochachino Milk Stout: Aged in bourbon barrels, this rich, strong milk stout features roasted goodness coupled with the flavors of dark roast coffee and chocolate. There’s a coffee house in every sip! Ringing in at 7.8% ABV this beer will allow for the subtly booziness to course through your body in a splendid way to help you digest, as well as, cap off a perfect evening!
